I don’t think that word means what you think it means
In an interview with a potential client today, the person used the phrase “racism against my age” like 30 times. It was mostly around the lines of “Since I’m 45 and he’s 25, it was racism against me ‘cause of my age.” Shit.
As we age, we change colors. Like hair.
